Terms of Hire
All prices and charges quoted are in UK Pounds Sterling.
All prices and charges quoted are exclusive of VAT.
All prices quoted include 100 miles per day unless otherwise quoted. Excess mileage charges are subject to vehicle model chosen.
A security deposit is required in cleared funds on all hires.
Please note: Pinnacle Luxury Car Hire must have all of the following at least FIVE days before commencement of the hire period:
- Cleared security deposit and the full estimated cost of the hire.
- Copies of full UK driving licence, utility bill.
All drivers must be 25 years of age and under 65 years and must have held a valid licence for at least two years. This licence must be presented at time of hire. Certain endorsements may not be accepted, please check when making your booking.
The charge for additional drivers depends upon the vehicle model chosen. Please enquire when making your booking. His/her licence must be seen at the commencement of hire. NO OTHER PERSON MAY DRIVE THE VEHICLE.
No refund will be given for early termination of hire. If you wish to extend the hire period, you must advise Pinnacle Luxury Car Hire immediately. Faliure to do so will result in the withdrawal of insurance cover. TO DRIVE WITHOUT INSURANCE COVER IS ILLEGAL.Pinnacle Luxury Car Hire endeavours to provide the vehicle chosen but reserves the right to offer the nearest vehicle model as an alternative.
All hires are undertaken on a 24 hour basis. Vehicles returned later then the time stated on the hire agreement will be charged accordingly.
The cost of fuel is not included in any prices quoted. Vehicles are supplied with an adequate amount of fuel and should be returned with a similar quantity. Fuel required to refill the vehicle to this level will be charged at the pump rate plus a £25 charge.
All vehicles must not leave mainland Britain without prior written consent from Pinnacle Luxury Car Hire.
Should any traffic violations occur during the hire period, Pinnacle Luxury Car Hire reserves the right to charge an administration charge of £50 plus VAT for the processing of such violations.
If you cancel your vehicle booking within 72 hours of the commencement of the hire we require 15% of the hire charge. If cancelled within 48 hours a 30% charge will be taken. If the hire is cancelled either 24 hours or on the day of the hire then a 50% charge will be taken.
Pinnacle Luxury Car Hire reserves the right to vary the rate and conditions of hire and to refuse or terminate any hire without giving prior reason or notice.
